My Story


For many years I've researched and tried many natural remedies to relieve stress.  

The most important thing to me is reducing the pain from chronic migraines. Scent is a vital commodity in my home. My family, friends and I use essential oils on a daily basis. Essential oils can support physical and emotional well-being. From stress relief to headache relief, certain aromas have a way of making an impact. My go-to scent for relaxation is lavender, it can help calm the mind and body almost instantly.
